Wen Deliang, second-tier professor, doctoral supervisor, chief physician. He is one of the chief scientists of key projects of the National Key Research and Development Plan, a leader of a team composed of excellent teachers taking Huang Danian (a deceased professor in China) as an example, a leader of discipline innovation and intelligence introduction base of higher institutions, and a leader of national first-class undergraduate courses, and a member of the Expert Committee on Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation of General Institutions of Higher Learning of the Ministry of Education. He also held the position of the vice-chairman of the Clinical Medicine Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, deputy head of the Working Group on New Medical Science Development of the Ministry of Education and the vice-chairman of the Committee for Clinical Medical Professional Certification of the Ministry of Education.
By his remarkable achievements, Professor Wen was once rewarded the 1st prize of Science and Technology Achievement Award in National Woman and Child Healthcare, 2nd prize of Science and Technology Award of Liaoning Province, 2nd prize of National Teaching Achievement Award, and 2ndOutstanding Teaching Material Achievement Award.
