From November 17th to 19th, JZMU held the 2023 International Academic Seminar on Positive Mental Health Education for Children and Adolescents. Nearly 500 representatives from 8 universities in Laioning province, 15 primary and secondary schools in Jinzhou, as well as the Jinzhou Psychological Health Association and Jinzhou Family Education Association, attended the seminar.
The seminar was hosted by School of Medical Humanities, including a keynote report, a forum on research of positive psychological cultivation strategies for adolescents, a forum on research of intervention of adolescent psychological problems, and a forum on family education and adolescent mental health promotion. 18 experts and scholars at home and abroad conducted in-depth academic exchanges on the psychological issues of children and adolescents.
The International Academic Seminar extensively discussed the promotion of positive mental health among children and adolescents in the new era. Domestic and foreign experts and scholars shared the latest research results from multiple perspectives, including positive psychological cultivation strategies, psychological problem intervention, family education, and adolescent mental health.
