In order to jointly build a new collaborative education mode and achieve new breakthroughs in the innovative development of Jinzhou Medical University (JZMU),on March 9th, Wen Deliang, Secretary of the Party Committee of JZMU, led a team to China Medical University (CMU)to learn and exchange, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CMU. Gong Fuqing, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress and Secretary of the Party Committee of CMU, and Wang Zhenning, Vice-secretary of the Party Committee and President of CMU, attended the signing ceremony. Ding Weiguang, President and Vice-secretary of the Party Committee of JZMU, Qu Wei, Vice-secretary of the Party Committee, Zhang Lijuan, Vice-president and Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee, and administrators of relevant schools and departments of JZMU attended the ceremony.
At the signing ceremony, Wen Deliang, on behalf of all the teachers and students of JZMU, expressed heartfelt gratitude to CMU for its long-term care and support. Wen also stated that JZMU had always been attached great importance to the cooperation with CMU, and hoped that the two universities would work together to deepen and consolidate the cooperation on combined construction of a new developing pattern and contribute to new breakthroughs in the revitalization and development in Liaoning.
Gong Fuqing warmly welcomed Wen Deliang and other leaders from JZMU to CMU for cooperation agreement signing. He pointed out that this was a good start for deepening exchanges and cooperation between the two universities, and the two universities would surely take this signing ceremony as a new starting point, seize the important historic opportunity of the Three-year Action Plan of Liaoning Province of overall revitalization and new breakthroughs, and take the cooperation agreement as a framework and important guide for promoting high-quality development of both sides through high-quality cooperation.
