On December 16th , the 16th Academic Lecture Hall of Jinzhou Medical University (JZMU) was successfully held. Su Guohui, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was invited to give an online lecture, the faculty and students of JZMU attend the lecture.
With the theme of Advices for Young Scientists Academician Su Guohui shared his patriotism of devotion to the science based on his own experience in order to encourage young scholars to cultivate independent judgment, long-term focus and strong patriotism. Taking the topic Exercise and brain health as the example, he analyzed the bond between exercise and improvement of learning & memory ability for telling young scholars to stay vigorous, optimistic, honest and trust worthy. Finally he gave specific suggestions on how to learn, read, exercise, carry out scientific research more effectively. His loyal patriotism, rigorous and realistic scientific attitude influenced every participator in lecture.
This lecture provided a platform for close communication and learning with academicians for the faculty and students of JZMU. Through the lecture by Academician Su Guohui, they were deeply moved and benefited by Chinese scientists with rigorous and realistic scientific attitude, the spirit of being fearless of hardship and the faith in selfless dedication.
